Urgent Assistance Needed – Server Issues After Update

Dear DayZ Team,

I really need your help, as this issue is seriously affecting the gameplay experience. I’ve been running servers for five years, and it has taken me a lot of time, money, and effort to build a community that enjoys our servers. It’s unacceptable that these issues continue to impact everyone’s experience.

Since the last update, one of my servers started experiencing problems where player progress wasn’t being saved. Every time a player logged out and back in, they lost all their progress. I contacted Nitrado support and submitted a ticket. They made some changes that resulted in the server’s IP address being changed. After that, progress started saving correctly, but the server began taking about 30 minutes to restart.

Now, the server simply won’t start at all, and Nitrado is no longer providing a solution. Players are understandably frustrated, and this is affecting my servers' popularity.

Please, I need your assistance.
