Issue Description:

I've experienced this multiple times throughout playing Arma Reforger since release on PS5, players in groups of 4-8 players will vote kick entire teams off until it is just them on a team. This will kill any high pop official server since the trolls can vote kick up to however many trolls there are. Example: 10 trolls = 10 people being vote kicked out due to the votes only requiring 6-8 votes to kick. Even with the timer in place for the person that started the vote kick they just move to their next troll that hasn't started a vote to immediately get the vote started. The only way I can see this being fixed is to show who is starting the vote kicks so anyone who is playing fair can remove the trolls. It's ridiculous that this abuse of vote kicking has been an issue for over a year (from what I've seen in previous threads.) A simple fix by showing the person who started the vote would be great..
