Issue Description:

I host and moderate multiple 127 player vanilla servers and have been dealing with a lot of troll votekick issues.
There is no easy way to figure out who started the votekick as a administrator without digging through the server logs
There is no way to change the votekick threshold
There is no way to cancel a votekick as an administrator, or give players who are being targeted immunity
There is no way to disable votekicking completely

please bring more moderation tools, it is very hard :c
