Weapon raise and Fire tick delay.
Awaiting internal Testing, NormalPublic

Description

I haven't really PVP much recently, but while testing on my test server last night just running around killing AI..

I noticed there is a huge delay between raising the weapon and ability of firing the weapon, probably an issue with tick rate, too fast of an action for the engine...?

If you try to aim and fire a weapon too quickly, the left mouse click does not register resulting in the weapon not firing. I don't think the gun matters for this issue.

I was testing on 1.27, but I've noticed this in the past on older builds, maybe this has returned, or my lack of PVP in the past few weeks has made me notice again.

I tested this a bit further.

The issue I'm seeing, is the left mouse click isn't registered during hip fire, due that the animation for hip fire has not fully completed.

This happens only under single fire action, where as burst or full auto registers continuous mouse clicks when held.

So if the player clicks too fast while the gun is raising, the gun will refuse to fire the round requested until the mouse button is released and clicked again.

Expected action.
The gun should fire when hip firing even though the animation has not completed. Whether this is a delayed action waiting for the animation to complete, or from the mid point of the animation.

Potential early results, So lets say if the player breaks the animation to fire before complete movement, the weapon accuracy should be reduced by xx percent since the player is in motion when firing the weapon.
