Running on Experimental build 1.3.0.84 with no mods enabled

BRDM and BTR dials fail to update when driving. This bug is exclusive to these two vehicles upon testing regardless of FIA or Soviet origin.
BRDM specifically has a broken RPM dial, while BTR has both broken RPM and speedometer dials.
