Steps To Reproduce

Fill filter bottle up at pond, Pour from filter bottle to canteen, Drink Canteen. You will get cholera from the canteen.

Tested on 3 different characters and is reproducable every time

I can confirm, gathered snow with filtering bottle and poured it to water bottle, got cholera after drinking water bottle.
