Event Timeline
I have followed all the procedures below
Verify the integrity of the game cache using Steam.
Re-install DirectX.
Uninstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package (both x86 and x64 version), restart your computer and install the package again using this version (do not use the Repair function).
Run the Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.
but unfortunately it didn't solve anything
I try this following too :
First off uninstall ALL versions of Visual C++ Redists (Control Panel-Programs and Features)
Reboot PC (MUST BE DONE)
open an elevated command prompt and run the following:
SFC /Scannow
Let it finish note if it says it found any corruption or not. (let us know if it did)
Next check for Windows updates and ensure latest build of your OS is installed.
Now reinstall the C++ redists (these can be found either on microsoft website or in your local steam folder (\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist))
Reboot your PC again
Check for Windows updates (install if required)
Reboot if needed
Try open the game!
but unfortunately it didn't solve anything, still crashing 0xC0000135
I downloaded both files from dll.files.com and copied them into the System32 directory.
Now the game launches perfectly if battleye is disabled.
If battleye is enabled, systematic blue screen at startup.
