Issue Description:
When turning out of the LAV-25, BTR-70 and BRDM-2, you will still hear audio as if you are inside the vehicle. The engine is muffled, and so is every other noise. Since your head and ears are turned out of the hull of the vehicle, you should hear the exterior sounds of the engine and other sounds instead. I think this is called "Compartment Coverage" and is already used on window destruction.

Currently in 1.3.0.52:
Inside the vehicle = Interior noise
Turned out of the vehicle = Interior noise
How it should be:
Inside the vehicle = Interior noise
Turned out of the vehicle = Exterior noise
