Right now they are all 4x3=12 tiles, doesn't matter if small, medium or large Gas Canister.
Reduce sizes of Medium and Small one for gameplay balance reasons as well as realism/immersion reasons.

I believe this is already done on some modded servers and I think it is a great small change that I would love to see in vanilla!
