Good Day I am facing a issue with my game. Let me start from the beginning, I purchased the game for the intent to play with my girlfriend on a private server. After some research I found that you could rent a server through Nitrado. I rented a server and headed into the game, everything went well and I could see the game is working nicely within the first day of playing. After some time the game got very difficult for my girlfriend and I did some research to Mod the server (verifying xml files etc.) I went ahead and modded a few things on the server (not drastically but tweaked some things here and there) x2 loot, infinite stamina, no drowning, harder to be knocked down from zombies and all map data was set to true to display where we are on the map. After validating the files and ensuring everything is correct we hopped into the game and tested it, it worked well for about 3 - 4 days of gameplay. We tried to log back in on the 5th day and started facing some problems.
-When we logged off from the previous session we were in a building with all the doors closed.
-When I logged back into the game I realised that when I try and open a door the command (square) will disappear and the door will still be closed and the stamina bar is greyed out, I tried accessing my inventory after this and nothing worked. I can't pick up any loot, drop any loot, swap out weapons or interact with anything. Please keep in mind through all of this my girlfriend is still stuck on the loading screen trying to get into the game.
-After running into this problem I logged out and only logged my girlfriend into the game everything seems fine for a minute or so then the same thing happens and when I log into the game it will show that I am in the game but on her side she is not able to see me move.
I logged out and restarted the server hoping this would solve the problem, but after loading into the game the problem still persists.
After multiple retarts I decided to restore all the xml files to original (removing all the mods and setting the game back to vanilla) and restarted the server once again, logged into the game and found that nothing has changed. The only other option was to reinstall the whole server which would mean we lose all the progress we made. I went ahead and reinstalled the server and logged back in and we were now in a Vanilla game.
I went ahead and installed the mods one by one to see if perhaps one of the mods are clashing with each other but that wasn't the problem, the game was running smoothly again for a few days. After 4 - 5 sessions upon logging in, the game did the same thing and knowing that now we would have to reinstall the whole server again it became clear that perhaps the mods are the problem. I reached out to Nitrado and explained to them exactly what I was experiencing and what the problem was. Their response was I needed to stop the server, install the mods one by one and fire up the server again as the files could become corrupt when the server is running while changes are being made which made sense. They also said that if the problem persists I should reach out to Bohemia Interactive as this could be a problem only the developers would be able to sort out. After multiple attempts wiping the server and starting over we decided to remove all the mods and run the game completely vanilla. It went well everything was running smoothly again, and for a little while longer this time and then last night upon logging into the game the same problem occurs as mentioned above (please keep in mind that the game is now Vanilla and no changes were made to tweak the game in any sense).

Also to note that it seems like the issue occurs when we move more inland e.g. the airfield or upper military base but I don't think it's the actual cause of our problem.

This has been a very frustrating road and I am reaching out to you hoping you will be able to fix the problem or atleast guide me into the right direction of steps to follow and not send me from pillar to post, we are really loving the immersive experience of the game and the survival aspects of the game and to start over each time after so much progress that's been made is quite discouraging.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated and we don't want to give up on DayZ as yet.
