Issue Description:
ARMA Reforger has a filter for night time which should create a grainy effect when gamma is upped on client side computer, this is to prevent gamma switching abuse in night time conditions. (this is in DayZ)
Currently this filter does not work, and client side gamma overrides can make a overcast night seem like broad day light.
