To reproduce:

Launch game and start play
After play has begun, switch to another desktop application, e.g. web-browser
The view of the web-browser is interrupted by glitches, and the text appears blurred
After returning to the game, the blurriness continues, though sometimes fixes itself after a while

Additional Information

This happens whether using the same desktop or a different, virtual-desktop
