Issue Description: When playing through the mortar tutorial, after setting the azimuth to 182, elevation to 700, and switching to 4 ring practice rounds, it prompts you to step away from the mortar but does not proceed to the next step.

Dont know if fast traveling matters or not as I was too lazy to walk all the way over there from the start of the mission and would just fast travel
I had this. The tutorial range text is wrong. Don't remember the exact elevation, but the elevation in the tutorial hint is wrong.
Think I went higher, and it accepted it.
The fix for devs would be to accept withing a range of altitude, and not the EXACT altitude.
This since they write the wrong one in the hint.
