Currently, it's very hard to coordinate with your squad. After some trying you might get a good squad together, but if somebody dies they have no clue where to respawn after. Therefore they'll just spawn where ever and go off and do their own thing. But, adding the feature of being able to hear your squad's channel in the respawn screen would aid with organization since the squad leader can just tell the dead members on which point to spawn, and what to do. This is at least a small step into the direction of team cohesion.
