**Issue Description: You can't scroll back up once you have scrolled down in the player list. Only way is to back out, then go back into "Players" list.

The scroll bar is seemingly shared between the three tabs "All" "US Army" "Soviet Army", which means the US & Soviet lists will not display any players if you have previously scrolled all the way down on the "All" tab, since it is longer.
