Issue Description:
After joining a server, both local and radio chat works completely fine, however, after a few minutes, it stops and cannot be recovered without leaving and re-joining the server (vanilla and modded servers).

All other devices have been deactivated on W10, Steam audio settings synced to correct input. Microphone works fine on other programmes (e.g. Windows voice recorder).
