On server start console and server freezes and creates a FROZEN MDMP. I tried with a player DB and also with a fresh wipe.

Start server / Wait for auto restart. After unlock server/console freezes and creates a MDMP file.

Are you running any mods? If so, we suggest trying to run the server without mods first
