Issue Description: Requesting some features that will improve the use of transport:

1. Implement Everon's radio, which is officially in the game, into vehicles. Place it inside the machine with the ability to turn it on/off.
2. Make a display of rain and water on the car window, at least in a minimalistic form. After all, when it rains or water gets in, there is not a single effect on the car.
3. Return to the game turn signals for all cars that were partially available in the previous experimental version.
