Issue Description: Inside the cabin of any transport, except for an ambulance, passengers or the driver cannot be treated if necessary. To heal, you always need to either throw the player out of the vehicle or get him out on his own.
Add the ability to treat everyone inside the transport cabin. This can change the gameplay a bit.
