Steps To Reproduce
1- Go to Isle d'Argent in Everon;
2- Enter the cave in the middle of the island and look at the nails that are on the wood planks
Additional Information
This nail is probably used in more places other than this cave.
This is only a minor visual glitch, also these islands are basically never used. I'll just leave this here just in case there's use for the islands in the future.
