This occurs within the offical game mode Conflict on privately hosted servers.
After using GM to teleport as an admin to do generic admin stuff (which is hard in vanilla without historical kill logs, etc.) the admin can no longer return to what they were doing and construct base objects in vanilla conflict without their shovel glitching.
This requires the admin to respawn to fix the glitch usually.
Have a popular server with 128 players during peak time, TP around to deal with anti social behaviours and then go back to the base you are trying to build and fight the shovel.
I know I can just build the object in game using GM but I want to build it and not abuse GM/admin powers. Its clearly a glitch associated with TPing the GMs character around the map.
Only minor as it will only impact a small minority of players admining on the official Conflict game mode in their servers.
