Issue Description:
Changing the 'Switch Weapon Optics' keybind to [LCTRL + RMB] and all other keybinds that involve [LCTRL] breaks the ability to adjust your stance with scroll wheel while aiming down sights.
I am unsure what other keybinds this affects, however it does seem to affect all other keybinds that involve using [LCTRL]

I changed it back to what I had it set as (LCTRL + RMB) before the latest minor update, due to habit. I noticed that I was unable to change my stance while ADS'd, and just thought the update had broken it as a whole. However, other people were able to. I didn't look further into it and just sucked it up, until yesterday when I reset all my keybinds and was suddenly able to fix it.
