Issue Description:

This is an issue that was awlays present in the game.

All vehicles will slide off any kind of incline when placed with the game master mode. It's impossible to spawn a car on a hill because it will slide away indefinitly until it is stopped by any form of obstacle.

Tires don't have any grip in that situation which is really weird.
