Issue Description:

When starting off from standstill on steep terrain, trucks in the game (US, Soviet Ural, BTR...) are stuck in place and can't pull their own weight.
Whereas cars can start and gain speed on that same incline.

I think this should be the other way around (or at least trucks should be more powerful) if we want it to be realistic. Trucks have a lot more torque than cars (at least civilian), and should be able to go up really steep inclines like in reality.

As of now trucks are useless anytime they need to climb any type of steep terrain, which doesn't make them off road capable.
