Issue Description:
It would be helpful to set a maximum mod folder size" to prevent fill up disc space with unused mods over time.

Options should be:

• "activate on/off": activate mod folder limiter (default off) if "activated": Option for "set mod folder size" (value in GB) or "biggest server mod set" (sets space to the biggest mod set that player want enter)
• set of an "expiry date": option to set that mods whose not used than 1...n week/month can be deleted.

Function:

• If activated, "mod folder size" is used to limit space for mods. If is deactivated all disk space is available.
• On entering modded server the engine checks if space is sufficient for all the needed mods. IF set to a hard number of disk space and If space is not sufficient (for new to download mods) a warning is shown with option to set space to the new maximum value.
• On downloading mods over WS: Engine checks if mods space is reached, the oldest (in terms of used mod in the game) is deleted.
