Issue Description: Today 19th Dec at around 20:35 CET until 20:55, there was a constant, very high packet loss around 40%. It resolved itself at 20:55, it seems.
Later, at around 21:25 the server disconnected with error REPLICATION TIMEOUT, then It tried to reconnect 3 times, returning error REPLICATION CONNECTION_FAILURE twice and rejoining on the third try. I noticed a lot of other people rejoining which would indicate a problem for many people.

Today 22nd December between 22:05 until around 22:25 CET, there was extreme packet loss up to 90% at times, and intermittently red server fps on server 3000116. A few minutes after it ended, a lot of people lost connection at the exact same time (SEE VIDEO)
