**Issue Description: Sometimes when finishing a helipad build, you will get half-stuck inside it. It depends a bit on the helipad angle aswell. You can usually get out by jumping.
Helicopters (for example naturally spawned helis on coastal bases) present on the helipad area before building it will be temporarily stuck after it is built, but sometimes permanently stuck (usually UH-1H) aswell. Sometimes they can glitch and "jump" away from the helipad too, damaging the heli. Have not managed to record one of these instances yet.
