Reloaded a double barrel with one buckshot and one slug and when I pressed "R" to release the chamber the buckshot came into my inventory invisible and bugged me :)

Steps To Reproduce
Reload with both rounds.
Unload gun.
Bugged ammo invisible in inventory and if you plac eitems on top of it in the inventory screen they become bugged too.
