Soviet explosive charge timer takes twice as long to detonate as opposed to what it is set as in experimental
Awaiting internal Testing, NormalPublic

Description

Experimental
1.2.1.127
No mods

The timer on the explosive charges for the soviets is incorrect in experimental. After testing it appears that regardless of however many seconds you set the timed explosive to, the actual detonation will occur later at about twice that period of time.
I have not tested this with the US explosive charges so am unsure if it is a soviet specific issue or also effects the US factions explosives.

Steps To Reproduce

Join a conflict game in experimental as the soviets and equip the explosive charge in your inventory. Place the charge and adjust the timer on it. Set to detonate and begin timing with a stop watch. At about roughly double whatever interval of time you set the explosive to it will detonate, eg. If you set it to 20 seconds it will detonate at roughly 40 seconds, set it to explode after 60 seconds and it will explode after 120 seconds, etc.
This also exceeds the current limit of 120 seconds. If you set it to 120 seconds it will detonate around 4 minutes later.
