The deploy button gets bugged sometimes and you won't be able to deploy anywhere, it will let you click the deploy button (but not do anything) for a bit and then get greyed out for a while, only fix is to reconnect to the server. Pretty sure this bug has been around since early access release because I remember it happening to me back then
