Every time I try to load into a server (Community or Official) my game freezes when around 50-60% loading and then a system error message pops up "Dayz has stopped responding".

I've tried every suggestion on Steam: Checking file integrity, Reinstalled the game 4 times..., deleted all mods, checked WiFi, checked all my drivers and hardware.

I have a decent setup: I7, RTX 4070, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD and all other games run amazing.

I've spent around 7 hours trying to sort it out so now I can't even get a Steam refund... so please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
