Whenever i launch DayZ Community servers my whole PC crashes or DayZ crashes sometimes even Blue Screens. Official servers and experimental DayZ work fine. i get error code 0xC00000FD STATUS_STACK_OVERFLOW or 0x00000001- UNABLE-TO-INIT-DXGI. How do i fix this?

So far ive tried:
Uninstalling Mods, Steam, DayZ
deleting DayZ files
transferred DayZ exp files to Dayz
all drivers BIOs and Windows are up to date
disabled XMP
i have ran other games perfectly fine
completed ram diagnostic test and intel processor diagnostic no problem

i recently bought the game and have 100hrs so am dissapointed this has happened and i fear ive wasted my money, my pc is 7 months old
