I have to contact you as my last resort. I am experiencing a consistent lag of 0.5 to 2 seconds whenever I close the inventory in DayZ. This issue occurs on both official and community servers.

Here is what I have already tried:

• Installed Steam, DayZ, and the DZSA Launcher on the same Corsair NVMe MP600 drive.
• Added -useallavailablecores to the launch options for DayZ.
• Set the game quality to Low.
• Reinstalled both Steam and DayZ.

Computer Specs:

• Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19045 Build 19045)
• Intel Core i9-9900K @ 3.6GHz
• GeForce RTX 3070 8GB @ 1.86GHz
• 64 GB DDR4 RAM @ 3000 MHz
• NVMe MP600 2000GB (800GB free)

Could you advise me on what else I can do to resolve this issue?
