Whenever the player count reaches 40+ people, players will start getting server connection icon either yellow or red. I'm connecting from NH and my friend from IN and we both experience the same issue.

Steps To Reproduce
- Connect to server when population is around 40 people
- Wait for the server to kick you as you run around

Also if you look at the BattleMetrics, the server never gets to 60 people.
