I paid for a new 10 slot server, nearly 17hrs ago, couldn't connect to it with vanilla code, tried the files I'm running on a 26 slot server that has had heavy PVP for 2 months, still can't connect, Nitrado did their typical "move to a new machine" but no change, I've had others try to connect and nothing works.

I've full reinstalled the server
I've deleted all files
I've uploaded vanilla files

I've basically wasted money, from the past 6 years experience running xbox servers through Nitrado I highly doubt they will reimburse me for the time it was unusable if they even bother to fix it.

As you can see by the event log, the server was acting weird from the moment of purchase, duplicates of settings changing at the exact same time when I clicked "save"

And it took Nitrado an hour to move it's locations but I am still unable to connect.

Switched it to Livonia, still can't connect, same for Sakhal, so I've wasted $30AUD? Cause it takes hoooooooours to get the 24/7 support that they falsely advertise.

Hello SoulsAggro.
Please try to resolve the issue with Nitrado directly as they are responsible for server hosting. Unless the problem is caused by some game issue on our end then there is not much we can do at the moment.

I would love to resolve it with Nitrado, unfortunately, they don't respond, then they close the ticket. It's happened to my last 4 tickets, how do I resolve it with them when they refuse to do anything?

The game is dying on console and they're the ones killing it.
