I am making this ticket for two friends who have been playing with me on LA 2629 but as of several days ago, they are suddenly unable to connect and get the error message 'Server Unreachable 0x00010001'

They have tried resetting their routers, reinstalling the game, and using a different account. Nothing has worked.
