Suggestion for weapon attachments in cfgspawnabletypes.xml

You are too generous to us :)

I noticed that there are a lot of the attachments not well balanced for quite all the guns that use some kind of attachment.
In my understanding - the most value an item has, the lesser should be the chance to spawn on a weapon. That would be suppressors, larger magazines and scopes. I think we can all agree on that. Also, buttstocks and handguards often have a 100% chance to spawn on some weapons. We have this attachments in the world, ready to loot. Maybe make those more valueable and give those attachments at least a small chance to be not attached.
