I purchased the Dyaz game and the new DLC on Steam using my Steam account 18968620609, Steam ID: 76561199648187043. I am a freshman and bought a worn-out laptop at a flea market. I had never played the game before and decided to buy it after watching the new map on the live stream. I purchased the Dayz game and the new DLC on the morning of October 19, 2024. After sorting out my old laptop, I participated in the competition at 17:00 on October 19, 2024, and participated in a total of 7 hours of community service. As a new player, I entered the community server "DayZ (China) Official Server DayZ.cn" recommended by a streamer, with the IP address 123.56.74.192:1000. During the game, I spent most of my time running around the map, dying, and respawning, and I quit at 23:00 in the evening. At 10:00 the next morning, when I logged into Steam again, a ban prompt popped up. After careful inspection, I found that I had been banned, and the ban notice was: Global Ban 56171b. I am sure that I have not cheated or downloaded any other malware. Please check carefully, this is a wrong ban. I have sent email appeals to Steam customer service and Battleye. Battleye said that it will reply to me after 72 hours, but I have not received any response. Today, when I tried to enter the game again, they notified me that Steam certification failed and was banned by the publisher.
