DayZ Experimental Tools was updated with a fix for the binarize.exe crash. Please try it out.
Ensure your DayZ Experimental Tools is updated. Make sure to have opened it once through Steam, and then navigate to /Bin/Binarize inside the install folder of DayZ Experimental Tools and see if there exists binarize.exe and steam_api64.dll.
When packing, you may have to update the paths inside Addon Builder as by default they may point to DayZ Tools instead of DayZ Experimental Tools. Navigate to "Options", then click "Tools" and untick "Use default" on the four provided tools, change the paths to the DayZ Experimental Tools version.
If you use a third party tool then we can't help you. Provide this information to who makes the tool and they will be able to assist you.
