Items in jackets or vests not getting wet status on Sahkal

Description

When crossing the ocean to get to the islands on Sahkal, I'm noticing that items like matches are not getting a wet status allowing users to start a fire after reaching land.

Steps To Reproduce

my process for making the trip is the following:
-Get the heat buff from a fire, two to three plus signs
-Make the journey over the ocean via the ice sheets, hopping into the water when I have to
-reach land and make a fire

Repeat for any followup trips

Additional Information

Current chest gear is Ballistic Vest and Bushlat Jacket, had the matches in the Ballistic Vest. Will always sort my matches to my upper inventories.

Hello Ranervil.
Ballistic vest and Bushlat jacket have maximum wetness status "wet" and items inside cargo are getting wet status when parent item (clothes where those items are) is at "soaked" level or higher. So in this case it is as designed and items inside these specific clothes will always be dry.
