Using multiple controllers (e.g. a flight stick, a throttle, and a pair of rudder pedals), the maximum deflection of an analog axis only gives half input compared to using the equivalent key press.

Steps To Reproduce
- Attach a HOTAS and a pair of rudder pedals to the PC.
- Go to the Configure->Controls->Controller->Customize and hit "show". Verify that your axis reaches +100 and -100 values.
- Configure your car turn left/turn right with the according joystick axis.
- Get in a car and turn full left/full right using A/D key presses. Note the angle at which the steering wheel/ front wheels have rotated.
- Turn the car using maximum deflection of the joystick axis. Note the angle at which the steering wheel/ front wheels have rotated.
You'll notice the angle in step 5 is halved compared to step 4.

I've used multiple controllers with Arma 3 before and didn't have any issues. This might be an old bug that has crawled back.

Spent some time on testing today and can confirm this issue happens even when I connect a single flight stick to the computer and using a brand-new profile.
