I have been playing DayZ on and off for years and have never seen this issue before, now i get it every single time without fail.
everything on my laptop is 100% up to date, all drivers and software, steam cloud is off (never use it)
All files are verified, tried 40 different servers, official and community, none can get past this issue.

Detailed Description of Troubleshooting Steps for DayZ
- Basic Checks:
Verified that the laptop meets the system requirements for DayZ.
Ensured Windows is fully updated to the latest version.
- Initial Game Launch Attempts:
Attempted to launch DayZ directly from the executable, bypassing the launcher.
Encountered a Windows alert indicating access issues with the dayz_x64.exe program.
- Driver Updates:
Checked and confirmed that all relevant drivers (graphics, network) are updated to the latest versions.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller driver, but it showed issues with the device driver (code 37) when trying to connect in Safe Mode.
- System Scans:
Ran System File Checker (SFC) using the command sfc /scannow, which completed successfully with no issues found.
Ran DISM with the command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, which also completed successfully.
Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic Test , which completed successfully with no issues found.
- Steam Specific Actions:
Cleared the Steam download cache.
Verified the integrity of DayZ game files through Steam, which checks for any missing or corrupted files.
- Compatibility Settings:
Set DayZ and the launcher to run in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and Windows 7.
Checked the option to run both the launcher and game as an administrator.
- Background Applications:
Closed unnecessary background applications using Task Manager.
Disabled overlays from programs like Discord and GeForce Experience to prevent any conflicts.
- Network Configuration:
Attempted to launch DayZ in Safe Mode with Networking, but encountered issues connecting to the internet in that mode.
Attempted network reset, but faced an error with the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller driver (code 37).
- Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter:
Ran the Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter, but it did not lead to any changes or fixes.
- Game Reinstallation:
Uninstalled DayZ completely, ensuring all residual files were deleted.
Reinstalled DayZ through Steam and verified the installation again.
- Windows Updates:
Checked for and installed any outstanding Windows updates after running SFC and DISM.
- DirectX and Visual C++:
Attempted to repair or reinstall DirectX and Visual C++ redistributables, ensuring the latest versions were installed.
- Launch Options:
Tried launching DayZ in any available safe or low-performance mode if such options were accessible.
- Configuration Files:
Deleted the configuration files located in the Documents folder (Documents\DayZ), allowing the game to create new default settings upon the next launch.
- Steam Cloud Saves:
Disabled Steam Cloud Save for DayZ to see if that affected the ability to launch the game.
- Event Viewer:
Checked the Windows Event Viewer for error logs related to DayZ but did not find relevant entries that provided additional insights.
- Third-Party Mods:
Temporarily removed or disabled any installed mods to rule out conflicts.
Current Status
The issue is isolated solely to DayZ, and none of the above steps have resolved the launching problem. All other games tested launch successfully without issue.
Also tried the method in this video found on the dayz discord server that was posted by skigoggles and the game is crashing before it shows up in task manager making this method physically impossible

Hello DuckeyTM_.
The crash dump points towards nvppex.dll file, indicating a problem with your GPU drivers. Please do a clean installation and check your OS for any corrupted installations/files. Also make sure your system is up to date.
Disabling HWAA in the game might resolve the issue but the root cause is somewhere on your system.
There is also a chance that if you are running Nvidia app instead of Ge-force experience that that is the cause of the problem.

Geez
