When starting the game, it loads the "Press enter" loading screen.

Immediately begins to stutter. You are able to hear music when you click AWAY from the game (I have a second monitor) but only momentarily. Clicking back into the game and it freezes.

I have already tried to remove all background apps such as discord, epic games etc.
Removed all Nvidia/AMD performance/driver update apps.
Also verified files on Steam, uninstalled.
