To move the shemagh from your head to your face, or your face to your head, you need to take it off first. Directly dragging it between the clothing slots in the inventory does not work.

Steps To Reproduce
- Get shemagh
- Put shemagh on head
- Try dragging shemagh from head to face, doesn't work
- Take shemagh into hands, put on ground, into your backpack, etc
- You can now put it on your face

Here's a video of the bug. Note how the UI also suggests you can wear 2 shemaghs, on head and face respectively, but when dropping it into the slot, it ends up in your inventory instead.
