Several units of equipment have a searchlight.
At the moment, it can only be controlled through an internal interface in the cab.
Add a keyboard shortcut to turn it on as headlights with the keyboard buttons.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Enter any mode.
  2. Take a vehicle with a searchlight (UAZ Medic, URAL)
  3. See that the headlights can be turned on from the keyboard and inside.
  4. See that the floodlight can only be turned on through the interface inside the cab.
  5. Add a key combination on the keyboard to turn the floodlight on and off on the machines
