Map / Mode = Everon / Conflict. Have not tested on any other map or mode.
Dedicated Server

When issued your saved loadout that contains M4 with Grenade Launcher after respawn, the M4 with Grenade Launcher is replaced with an M16 Carbine with no foregrip. You can see the gas tube that is typically concealed.

Tried this with the standard and camo M4. Have not tried other variations or other weapons.

It is not game breaking but does defeat the purpose of having a saved loadout a since sometimes the gun would not drop back into the stash, you have to drop it on the ground and end up with funky M16s laying around.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a weapons depot.
Choose M4 with grenade launcher.
Save Loadout.
Die.
Spawn in on location that allows you to choose saved loadout.
Equip the M16.

Additional Information

It has happened to us every time and at different bases. We have only played Everon Conflict on our dedicated server.

Server is Windows 10 x64 but gaming PCs are Windows 11 Pro
