Issue Description:

The top speed of the civilian skoda car seems really low compared to a real life one, in addition to the fact that the speedo goes to 180km/h.
At the moment the car struggles to reach 110-120 km/h on flat road. I think it should be able to get at least to 150km/h and maybe get a bit more acceleration. Car feels really slow to reach even 60 kmh.

Maybe the skoda minivan could get a little boost too.
