I think some changes could be done for the tracker to make it more helpful for both sides.
- First of all, adding a required section about what version the bug was found on or what the feedback is for. Just a simple "Stable" or "Experimental" choice would help. Any general feedback can just be labelled as "stable" to keep it simple. This will help you to find clearly what version of the game the feedback is for.
- On the DayZ page for the tracker, there should be a section explaining (with an example) what each severity means, some people may not understand what some terms may mean or where the issue they found falls under. I understand that you guys will determine the severity of feedback but showcasing what an example of each option could help people pin point exactly what issue their bug is in turn helping you guys quickly find possible issues related to the severity.
