Issue Description:
Switching seats to a seat when someone is about to get in can cause both players to occupy the same seat. Player who is already in the vehicle that switched seats can exit the vehicle, the new player getting into the vehicle cannot exit or do any actions.

Untested in a local environment, there was about 30ms of network delay while playing on a live server.
