**Issue Description:
When in third person mode, pressing 'Q' or 'E' (the lean key) will make the camera switch shoulders as intended.
When in third person mode while prone, pressing 'Q' or 'E' (the roll key) will not make the camera switch shoulders.
When in third person mode while the roll key is unbound, pressing 'Q' or 'E' (the lean key) will make the camera switch shoulders as intended.
When in third person mode while prone and while the roll key is unbound, pressing 'Q' or 'E' will not make the camera switch shoulder.

It is preferable for the camera to be able to switch shoulders while standing, crouched and prone, rather than just while standing or crouched.
